There are a number of ways to shop with Marsport:

Online - Orders placed over the internet will be confirmed by email. Items in stock are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days. Items not in stock may take longer, but we will email you and confirm when you can expect your goods.
Orders placed online are usually processed on the following working day and dispatched via Royal Mail. Please note free delivery does not include boats; however we will do our best to get the boat to you for as little as possible. Both Royal Mail items and courier will require a signature on delivery. If your items are not in stock, we will contact you via your email address used for the purchase to advise you of the delay. Please bear in mind we are human and operate from a real shop, not an automated distribution warehouse, so occasionally during busy periods it may take us a day or so longer to process your order. Please be patient, or put a note on the order if it's particularly urgent.
Due to the rising costs of Royal Mail postage, we have implimented a minimum spend to qualify for free postage to anywhere in Mainland UK. For international orders please contact us for shipping costs. Please note free delivery does not include kayaks, canoes, trailers or paddling machines.
Returns policy: In the event your item should prove unsuitable for any reason you may return it to us within 7 days of receipt, excluding hand built items which due to their bespoke nature can only be returned in the event of faulty manufacture. Items must be returned undamaged, complete with original tags and original packaging to qualify for full refund. If you wish to exchange your item for a larger size etc - simply post it back to us (we recommend recorded delivery) with a note explaining which size you require, and a note of your address.
Bespoke and Handbuilt items: Our racing boats and composite accessories are hand built to order. This means we are unable to accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect. There will always be a variable time factor involved in building bespoke items, so please get in touch to confirm current lead times on boats. Replacement seats are usually built and sent out within a three week timescale. All deposits on hand built items are non-refundable.

All of our card transactions online are processed via Paypal's secure banking facility, so we do not hold or store any card details for online transactions.
