Orders placed online are usually processed on the same or following working day and dispatched via Royal Mail. Larger items such as Paddles may be sent via courier service.
Both Royal Mail items and courier will require a signature on delivery.
If your items are not in stock, we will contact you via your email address used for the purchase to advise you of the delay.
Please bear in mind we are human and operate from a real shop, not an automated distribution warehouse, so occasionally during busy periods it may take us a day or so longer to process your order. Please be patient, or put a note on the order if it's particularly urgent.
In the event your item should prove unsuitable for any reason you may return it to us within 7 days of receipt, excluding hand built items which due to their bespoke nature can only be returned in the event of faulty manufacture. Items must be returned undamaged, complete with original tags and original packaging to qualify for full refund. If you wish to exchange your item for a larger size etc - simply post it back to us (we recommend recorded delivery) with a note explaining which size you require, and a note of your address.
