Kayak Cross is in the 2024 Paris Olympic Games, and Soul has designed a boat with the goal of winning the games. But it's not just a race boat; it's also just a really fun and sporty playful river runner.
We are known at Soul for making very fast boats, and high performance ones, and so it was only natural that we should create a boat using our wealth of experience and expertise to achieve this goal. If you want a boat that is assured to stack the cards in your favour, then you've come to the right place.
But don't be mislead. The Particle Accelerator is not just a race boat. In fact, most of the testing was done as a playful river runner. It's a half slice, but it's not a half slice; or at least not like what you'd picture a half slice to be. The Particle Accelerator will out surf, out carve, out spin almost any boat out there. It'll blunt, and cartwheel. And tail squirts and stalls don't get any easier than this in a 9' kayak.
But just because some people are running easy class 5 runs in this, doesn't mean we recommend that. Yeah it can be done, but the Particle Accelerator is all about you maxing out your potential, whether that's racing for gold, or racing to the next wave that you fully intend to destroy.
